General Manager
A seasoned expert in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry since 2000. He held key positions at Amitime in production management, quality control, after-sales service, and domestic marketing, and founded Suoher in 2014 to build a more efficient and high-quality heat pump manufacturing base.
Howard Qi
Technical Director
Dedicated to the air conditioning and refrigeration industry since 1996, formerly Quality Director at Midea Air Conditioning. Since 2007 he has led the innovation of full DC inverter, ultra-low temperature heating, swimming pool, and water source heat pump series, striving for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
Guohua Li
Quality Director & Chief Engineer of Electric Control Modules
One of the pioneering engineers in China's heat pump sector since 1999, holding a dual degree in electronic engineering from South China University of Technology. He spearheaded China's first full DC inverter solution and an innovative overlapping unit control scheme, committed to intelligent and reliable control systems.

Procurement Director
In the heat pump industry since 2014, in charge of raw material procurement and cost management. He strictly controls the quality and costs of heat pump accessory suppliers, ensuring the high cost-effectiveness of Suoher's products with superior quality and the best value for money.
